Benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty continued to trade lower on Wednesday as foreign fund outflows and concerns over the steep hike in US H-1B visa fees continue to dent investors' sentiment.

At 10:30 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 81824.67 down by -277.43 points or by -0.34 % and then NSE Nifty was at 25106.1 down by -63.4 points or by -0.25 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 82045.47 and intraday low of 81701.52 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 25149.85 and intraday low of 25049.45

The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were NTPC Ltd. (Rs. 348.00,+1.44%), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (Rs. 16288.85,+1.19%), Asian Paints Ltd. (Rs. 2471.75,+0.99%), HCL Technologies Ltd. (Rs. 1440.60,+0.76%), Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (Rs. 2539.25,+0.70%), among others.

The top losers of the BSE Sensex pack were Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Rs. 1448.25,-1.61%), Tata Motors Ltd. (Rs. 692.30,-1.31%), Axis Bank Ltd. (Rs. 1157.30,-1.15%), HDFC Bank Ltd. (Rs. 947.00,-1.10%), ICICI Bank Ltd. (Rs. 1381.50,-0.94%), among others.
