At 9:40 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was 81716.64 down by -385.46 points or by -0.47 % and then NSE Nifty was at 25069.1 down by -100.4 points or by -0.4 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 82045.47 and intraday low of 81701.52 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 25149.85 and intraday low of 25053.8
