At 14:40 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 81750.5 up by 631.9 points or by 0.78 % and then NSE Nifty was at 24931.5 up by 212.9 points or by 0.86 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 81865.82 and intraday low of 81012.31 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 24967.1 and intraday low of 24703.6
