In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that Mr. Dhiman Chaudhuri, Vice President has resigned from the services of the Company, on account of personal reasons/commitments.\r\n\r\nDetails with respect to cessation of above SMP as required under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A(7) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November, 2024 is provided in Annexure A to this letter and a copy of resignation email is enclosed.
