Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on September 23, 2025, approved the proposal to acquire immovable property in New Delhi, subject to requisite approvals, consents, and permissions from the concerned authorities.
The acquisition involves four units—101 and 102 on the first floor, 201 and 202 on the second floor, along with a ground-floor shop, designated basement space, and parking area—located at Plot No. Site-II, District Centre, Shalimar Palace, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi. The consolidated consideration for the property is up to Rs 74.51 crore, excluding stamp duty, registration fees, brokerage, and other incidental expenses.
The agreement will be executed between the company, The South Indian Bank Limited (Mortgagee/Lender), the mortgagors/borrowers—Alternative Learning Systems Ltd, Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, Mr. Jojo Thayil Mathew, Mrs. Renju Jojo Mathews, Mr. Shashank Atom, Mrs. Preeti Sharma—and the builder, Aggarwal Towers Pvt Ltd. The transaction is not related to the promoter or promoter group and is not a related-party transaction.
