KEC International Ltd., the global infrastructure EPC arm of the RPG Group, has bagged new Transmission and Distribution (T&D) orders worth Rs 3,243 crore in international markets. The contracts include a 400 kV transmission line project in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the supply of towers, hardware and poles across the Americas.
Commenting on the development, Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International, said the company is delighted with its largest-ever EPC order to date, which further strengthens its presence in the Middle East and significantly expands its international T&D order book. He added that the Middle East remains a strategic growth driver for KEC, with year-to-date order intake now at approximately Rs 11,700 crore. The new orders are expected to play a key role in driving the company’s growth targets going forward.
