V/COY/CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, GRSE (1)/753 dated 11 Sep 2025 has appointed M/s. Guha Nandi & Co, Chartered Accountants, Kolkata as Statutory Auditor for the Company, u/s 139 (5) of the Companies Act, 2013, for the financial year 2025-26. The auditor s appointment will take effect from 19 Sep 2025 I.e. on the date of the AGM of the Company. The detailed disclosure in this regard is enclosed.
