SEPC Ltd has announced that it has secured a work allocation order worth Rs 4,427.99 crore from the Chief Engineer Office, Irrigation, Generation, Water Resources Department, Delhi (821307) for executing the “Jamaniyan to Kakrait Gangajal Uvah Irrigation Scheme” under the Zamanian Pump Canal Division, Mohania, in Kaimur district.
According to the company’s filing under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, the contract — awarded under Tender Invitation Notice No. 01/2025-26 — involves the development of a water supply scheme linked to the Pragati Yatra initiative. The project is domestic in nature and will be executed over a period of 24 months.
SEPC confirmed that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.
