The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.79 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 88.60 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 133.07 per cent at Rs 59.41 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 133.63 per cent to Rs 50.51 crore from Rs 21.62 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 46.34 per cent at Rs 0.44 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.82 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 129.38 per cent to Rs 8.90 crore as against Rs 3.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.51 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 236.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.48 crore, while Taxation increased by 79.28 per cent at Rs 1.99 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.11 crore).
