Hyderabad-based Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, a fast-growing Indian company in AI and cybersecurity, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire 3P Vision, a defence technology firm known for its expertise in artificial intelligence, drones, and integrated surveillance systems.
The proposed acquisition is aimed at enhancing India’s defence and national security landscape by integrating 3P Vision’s advanced perimeter surveillance, autonomous drone response systems, and AI-powered monitoring platforms into Blue Cloud’s portfolio. 3P Vision has already demonstrated field-tested solutions, including AI-enabled surveillance cameras for predictive monitoring, autonomous drones with live threat-neutralisation capabilities, multi-sensor integration for uninterrupted situational awareness, and tethered drone technology designed to overcome jamming and GPS-denied environments.
Blue Cloud said the acquisition will strengthen its position in the defence and homeland security sector by combining artificial intelligence, robotics, and drone technologies to build a next-generation integrated defence ecosystem.
Commenting on the development, Janaki Yarlagadda, Chairman of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions, said the agreement marks a decisive step toward creating a self-reliant, AI-powered national security framework. “The acquisition of 3P Vision is not only a strategic expansion of our advanced defence technologies, but also a testament to our commitment to supporting India’s vision of self-reliance in critical security sectors,” Yarlagadda said.
She added that integrating 3P Vision’s AI, drone, and surveillance solutions with Blue Cloud’s expertise will help reduce manpower requirements, accelerate response times, and strengthen protection of critical national assets. “We are eager to leverage the combined strengths of our teams to deliver intelligent, scalable, and robust defence solutions for the nation,” Yarlagadda said.
