The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.06 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 78.78 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 47.56 per cent at Rs 167.54 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 319.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 45.62 per cent to Rs 160.66 crore from Rs 295.45 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 514.74 per cent at Rs 27.11 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 4.41 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 71.36 per cent to Rs 6.88 crore as against Rs 24.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 45.35 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 111.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 28.09 crore, while Taxation decreased by 36.53 per cent at Rs 2.12 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.34 crore).
