In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015, and in continuation to our earlier intimation letter no. no. GRSE/BD-69/CA/11/2025-26 dated 15 May 2025, we would like to inform that in pursuant to the Ministry of Defence letter No. 1/1(1)/2019/D(NS) dated 03 Sep 2025 (received on 04 Sep 2025), the Government has extended the Additional Charge of the post of Director (Finance), GRSE, to Cmde Hari P R, IN (Retd.), Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 01 month w.e.f. 01 Sep 2025, or till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. Accordingly, Cmde Hari P R, IN (Retd.), Chairman & Managing Director of the Company will continue to hold the Additional Charge of the post of Director (Finance).This is for your information and record.
