The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 1332.34 crore compared to net profit of Rs 38.43 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.89 per cent at Rs 1,445.22 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,377.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.95 per cent to Rs 1,124.93 crore from Rs 1,183.53 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 3.31 per cent at Rs 42.43 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 41.07 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 64.88 per cent to Rs 320.29 crore as against Rs 194.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 57.16 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 9.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 86.60 crore, while Taxation increased by 90.52 per cent at Rs 75.18 crore (Jun'24 Rs 39.46 crore).
