Citichem India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/09/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal for raising funds by way of issue of equity shares / warrants / any convertible securities / any other securities, through one or more of the permissible modes including but not limited to a preferential allotment and private placement, subject to approval of shareholders' at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and such approvals, as may be required under the applicable laws.
