Godrej Agrovet Ltd on Tuesday announced that Sunil Kataria has officially taken charge as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for a five-year term, marking the completion of its leadership transition.
Kataria, who was appointed CEO and MD-designate in May 2025, brings over two decades of experience in marketing, sales, and leadership across companies such as Marico, Godrej Consumer Products, and Raymond.
He succeeds Balram Singh Yadav, who led the company for more than 30 years and played a key role in shaping it into a leading agri-business conglomerate, the company said in a statement.
