Board considered and approved proposal for fund raising through issuance of up to 20,00,000 warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares on preferential basis ( preferential Issue ) to the person belonging to promoters/promoter group and non-promoters group subject to the approval of shareholders, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 read with the rules made there under and Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 (""SEBI ICDR Regulations"") read with other applicable regulations, if any at a price of ₹56.20/- (Rupees Fifty Six and Paise Twenty Only) per Equity Share, subject to the approval of regulatory/ statutory authorities and the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) and other regulatory authorities, as may be applicable
