Anupam Rasayan India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., September 01, 2025, has, inter alia, approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Mona Anandbhai Desai as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of 5 years commencing from April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2031, pursuant to conclusion of her term as Whole-time Director of the Company on March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
