The Company has, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, dispatched a letter providing a web-link for accessing the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-2025 to those Shareholders (as on August 22, 2025) who have not registered their e-mail address(es) with the Company or with any Depository (i.e. National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited) or C B Management Services Private Limited, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company.
