The Bank has issued and allotted 6,16,360 equity shares of ?10/- each today i.e. on August 25,2025 to the employees of the Bank, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Accordingly, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 314,539,173 equity shares of ?10/- each to 315,155,533 equity shares of ?10/- each.
