Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/08/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds up to ? 70,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees seventy crores only) by issuance of equity shares of the Company to Dr. Agarwal's Health Care Limited (promoter of the Company), by way of preferential allotment, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Listing Regulations, SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, and other applicable laws and subject to such regulatory/ statutory approvals and the approval of shareholders of the Company, as may be required, in this regard.
