With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that; (i) we have made all disclosures which are required to be made in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015(\SEBI LODR\). (ii) There are no disclosures that should have been made in terms of SEBI LODR and which has not been made by the Company.
