The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.47 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 117.06 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.57 per cent at Rs 114.28 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 91.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.93 per cent to Rs 104.58 crore from Rs 86.48 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 3.13 per cent at Rs 0.31 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.32 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 84.41 per cent to Rs 9.70 crore as against Rs 5.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 48.17 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 190.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.17 crore, while Taxation decreased by 110.58 per cent at Rs -0.11 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.04 crore).
