The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.00 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 42.86 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.03 per cent at Rs 113.27 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 95.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.52 per cent to Rs 103.80 crore from Rs 87.58 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 100.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.01 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 24.93 per cent to Rs 9.47 crore as against Rs 7.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.03 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 64.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.58 crore, while Taxation increased by 65.96 per cent at Rs 1.56 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.94 crore).
