The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.57 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 320.00 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 34.57 per cent at Rs 180.30 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 133.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.54 per cent to Rs 175.00 crore from Rs 132.04 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 4100.00 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.01 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 171.79 per cent to Rs 5.30 crore as against Rs 1.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 102.76 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.66 crore, while Taxation increased by 300.00 per cent at Rs 1.16 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.29 crore).
