The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 25.35 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 23.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.14 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.40 per cent at Rs 65.27 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 72.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.91 per cent to Rs 41.14 crore from Rs 46.18 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 29.43 per cent at Rs 14.25 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 11.01 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 9.52 per cent to Rs 24.13 crore as against Rs 26.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.98 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 6.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.20 crore, while Taxation decreased by 14.61 per cent at Rs 6.84 crore (Jun'24 Rs 8.01 crore).
