The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.97 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.37 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.98 per cent at Rs 51.02 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.09 per cent to Rs 46.91 crore from Rs 37.50 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 36.67 per cent to Rs 4.10 crore as against Rs 3.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.50 per cent in June quarter.
Taxation increased by 36.36 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.11 crore).
