The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 43.24 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 62.77 per cent at Rs 21.47 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 68.43 per cent to Rs 20.75 crore from Rs 12.32 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 17.24 per cent to Rs 0.72 crore as against Rs 0.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 49.39 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 25.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.12 crore).
