The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.89 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.74 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.58 per cent at Rs 155.29 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 127.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.51 per cent to Rs 149.17 crore from Rs 121.76 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 22.22 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.09 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 2.51 per cent to Rs 6.12 crore as against Rs 5.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.63 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 62.04 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.75 crore
