The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.11 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 75.56 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 112.67 per cent at Rs 12.59 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 151.29 per cent to Rs 11.66 crore from Rs 4.64 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 7.69 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.13 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 27.34 per cent to Rs 0.93 crore as against Rs 1.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 65.82 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 7.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.74 crore, while Taxation increased by 600.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.01 crore).
