The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.39 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.66 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 79.63 per cent at Rs 1.11 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 82.47 per cent to Rs 0.95 crore from Rs 5.42 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 15.24 per cent at Rs 1.39 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.64 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 400.00 per cent to Rs 0.15 crore as against Rs 0.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2863.83 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 200.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 75.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.04 crore).
