The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.67 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.66 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.01 per cent at Rs 35.38 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 11.22 per cent to Rs 32.28 crore from Rs 36.36 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.02 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 28.07 per cent to Rs 3.10 crore as against Rs 4.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.36 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 14.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.40 crore, while Taxation decreased by 39.78 per cent at Rs 0.56 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.93 crore).
