We refer to our earlier Letter No. CFPL/SEC/BSE/9761/2024-2025 dated 11th August, 2025 informing you that the meeting of the Board of Directors is convened on Thursday, 14th August, 2025 to consider amongst other business the consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2025.\r\n\r\nAccordingly the meeting of Board of Directors was held today in which the Board of Directors, have considered, approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2025. The said Board Meeting was commenced at 12.15 P.M. (i.e. 12:15 Hrs) and concluded at 1.50 P.M.
