The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.66 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 335.29 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 5.88 per cent at Rs 249.69 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 265.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.21 per cent to Rs 230.52 crore from Rs 245.79 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 68.66 per cent at Rs 0.84 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.68 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 1.64 per cent to Rs 19.17 crore as against Rs 19.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.49 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 32.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.35 crore, while Taxation increased by 255.56 per cent at Rs 2.24 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.63 crore).
