The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.28 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 90.54 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 41.75 per cent at Rs 27.82 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 47.76 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 36.96 per cent to Rs 27.62 crore from Rs 43.81 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 68.33 per cent at Rs 1.01 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.60 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 94.92 per cent to Rs 0.20 crore as against Rs 3.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 91.16 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.64 crore, while Taxation decreased by 89.52 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.05 crore).
