The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.16 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.95 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.77 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 37.93 per cent at Rs 94.04 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 68.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 39.85 per cent to Rs 86.90 crore from Rs 62.14 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 67.35 per cent at Rs 1.64 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.98 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 18.21 per cent to Rs 7.14 crore as against Rs 6.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.33 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 32.18 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 663.64 per cent at Rs 0.84 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.11 crore).
