The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.15 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 65.91 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.88 per cent at Rs 46.84 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 52.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.58 per cent to Rs 44.46 crore from Rs 49.72 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 2.78 per cent at Rs 0.35 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.36 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 16.20 per cent to Rs 2.38 crore as against Rs 2.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.10 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 12.98 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.14 crore, while Taxation decreased by 55.56 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.18 crore).
