The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 81.74 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.13 per cent at Rs 29.41 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 25.19 per cent to Rs 28.63 crore from Rs 38.27 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit slipped by 62.68 per cent to Rs 0.78 crore as against Rs 2.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 48.84 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 5.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.33 crore, while Taxation decreased by 82.22 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.45 crore).
