The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.54 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 95.99 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 199.11 per cent at Rs 3.35 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.12 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.28 per cent to Rs 4.83 crore from Rs 4.42 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 86.22 per cent at Rs 3.10 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 22.50 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 54.71 per cent to Rs -1.49 crore as against Rs -3.29 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 84.90 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 96.09 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Jun'24 Rs 4.60 crore).
