The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.78 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 15.70 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.64 per cent at Rs 39.17 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 44.12 per cent to Rs 16.66 crore from Rs 11.56 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 366.67 per cent at Rs 0.98 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.21 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 12.83 per cent to Rs 25.06 crore as against Rs 22.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.00 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 19.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 16.75 crore, while Taxation increased by 4.90 per cent at Rs 1.07 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.02 crore).
