The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.19 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 60.96 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose by 0.42 per cent at Rs 35.87 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.74 per cent to Rs 32.94 crore from Rs 28.46 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 3.85 per cent at Rs 1.00 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.04 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 59.50 per cent to Rs 2.94 crore as against Rs 7.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 59.71 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 133.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 61.54 per cent at Rs 0.75 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.95 crore).
