The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 31.29 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 31.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.90 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.98 per cent at Rs 282.84 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 245.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.02 per cent to Rs 265.09 crore from Rs 213.75 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 88.89 per cent at Rs 30.77 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 16.29 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 44.94 per cent to Rs 17.75 crore as against Rs 32.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 52.10 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 9.42 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.95 crore, while Taxation decreased by 34.82 per cent at Rs 4.98 crore (Jun'24 Rs 7.64 crore).
