The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.89 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 31.68 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.47 per cent at Rs 147.08 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 125.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.17 per cent to Rs 132.60 crore from Rs 112.21 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 72.32 per cent at Rs 4.98 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.89 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 11.30 per cent to Rs 14.48 crore as against Rs 13.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.20 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 0.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 34.38 per cent at Rs 3.44 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.56 crore).
