The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.58 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.97 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 62.15 per cent at Rs 41.30 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 66.76 per cent to Rs 37.27 crore from Rs 22.35 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 52.83 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.53 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 29.17 per cent to Rs 4.03 crore as against Rs 3.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.18 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 33.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 44.44 per cent at Rs 0.91 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.63 crore).
