The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.24 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 77.25 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 49.17 per cent at Rs 9.78 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 37.89 per cent to Rs 7.08 crore from Rs 11.40 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 8.33 per cent at Rs 0.78 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.72 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 65.69 per cent to Rs 2.69 crore as against Rs 7.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 32.41 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.20 crore, while Taxation decreased by 72.63 per cent at Rs 0.49 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.79 crore).
