The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 5.72 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.77 crore in the previous year quarter.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.16 per cent at Rs 29.41 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.74 per cent to Rs 28.74 crore from Rs 26.19 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 20750.00 per cent at Rs 8.34 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.04 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 33.00 per cent to Rs 0.67 crore as against Rs 1.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 38.75 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 8.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.89 crore, while Taxation increased by 1225.00 per cent at Rs 1.35 crore (Jun'24 Rs -0.12 crore).
