The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.38 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 18.76 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 7.36 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.56 per cent at Rs 75.10 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 69.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.01 per cent to Rs 54.46 crore from Rs 45.76 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 56.12 per cent at Rs 3.06 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.96 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 11.87 per cent to Rs 20.64 crore as against Rs 23.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.82 per cent in June quarter.
Taxation decreased by 6.24 per cent at Rs 5.86 crore (Jun'24 Rs 6.25 crore).
