The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.53 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 23.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 89.13 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 35.61 per cent at Rs 28.90 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 44.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 38.07 per cent to Rs 25.70 crore from Rs 41.50 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 2266.67 per cent at Rs 0.71 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.03 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 5.33 per cent to Rs 3.20 crore as against Rs 3.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 47.14 per cent in June quarter.
Taxation decreased by 92.48 per cent at Rs 0.31 crore (Jun'24 Rs 4.12 crore).
