The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 14.28 crore compared to net loss of Rs 4.68 crore in the previous year quarter.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.79 per cent at Rs 388.03 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 363.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.70 per cent to Rs 350.20 crore from Rs 352.68 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 17.47 per cent at Rs 3.78 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 4.58 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 254.21 per cent to Rs 37.83 crore as against Rs 10.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 231.63 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 1.48 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.47 crore, while Taxation increased by 371.71 per cent at Rs 6.82 crore (Jun'24 Rs -2.51 crore).
