The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.83 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.56 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.51 per cent at Rs 18.62 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.54 per cent to Rs 16.51 crore from Rs 14.29 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 44.74 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.38 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 7.61 per cent to Rs 2.12 crore as against Rs 1.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.03 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 15.09 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.53 crore).
