The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 2.19 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.27 crore in the previous year quarter.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.51 per cent at Rs 39.45 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 33.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.58 per cent to Rs 38.17 crore from Rs 31.92 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 428.79 per cent at Rs 3.49 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.66 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 34.02 per cent to Rs 1.28 crore as against Rs 1.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 43.46 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 48.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.24 crore, while Taxation increased by 100.00 per cent at Rs -0.18 crore (Jun'24 Rs -0.09 crore).
